Norgbey has taken great care of me for 6 years, and I am grateful she's my provider. Melissa is awesome at getting you checked in and making sure you're informed. Victoria is amazing and does great work managing the office. Karen is fantastic at scheduling and organizing care plans. Keyla is also great with gentle, patient care. There's always a couple of outliers, but there's more good than not here. This office has naturally had some changes over the years. It is good to have a place you're comfortable going to for your health care, and this is mine.

BRIANA SNEDDON was beyond wonderful!!! I sent her an email and within the hour she called me back. She set up an appointment for the next day. She was friendly and very knowledgeable. I was so grateful to speak to an actual person. She was kind, caring, and very informative. I cannot sing her praises enough!!!! I sincerely hope her boss or manager or someone sees this and acknowledges her dedication. She gave me resources that I wouldn’t have known about unless I had met her. I wish all of my interactions were with people like her.

I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Bruce Rasjala during my pregnancy care. As a working, full-time patient, I found the scheduling expectations extremely unrealistic. I was required to attend multiple appointments weekly (including separate ultrasound and checkup visits), yet each visit involved long wait times of over an hour, only to be seen for about five minutes. What concerned me most was the lack of clear communication and bedside manner. When I brought up that I had been told I was a high-risk pregnancy and asked for clarification, my concerns were dismissed rather than explained. I was told that “everyone sees a high-risk doctor,” which is inaccurate and confusing as a patient. I was also told that because I am currently 23 weeks, I am no longer considered high-risk due to my past miscarriage, which was explained in a very dismissive and oversimplified way. As a patient, I expect transparency, understanding, and respectful communication—especially during pregnancy. Instead, I left appointments feeling unheard, rushed, and more confused than reassured. My son's been going to this facility since he was born. He loves the staff they're all very friendly and welcoming, also very knowledgeable about anything I ask about. They also do really well with my son who's now 2 yrs old and pretty shy with new people but they know exactly how to interact with little ones. I would DEFINITELY recommend if you need a pediatrician. Very clean facility and bathrooms.

We have been coming here since my baby was a newborn. He is currently two. All the staff is friendly and we have never had an issue. I love that at every check up, my boy gets an age appropriate book to take home and a prize. We are always seen in a timely manner and have even been fit in last minute. We have seen NP, Greg, and PA, Kayla and they are both wonderful! Someone at the office even helped me apply for Medicaid at a difficult time during my pregnancy. I wish I remembered her name because she was so kind. Thank you Family Health Center on Virginia for your work and dedication. You have made a difference in our lives.
